Hotel rules
The Vent Des Dunes hotel aims to be a place of well-being and serenity. These internal regulations set out a few rules in order to provide the necessary respect and discretion so that everyone can have the best possible stay in our hotel.
Behavior
We ask our guests:
- to respect the peace and quiet of other residents (do not slam doors, do not turn on the television too loudly or make too much noise between 10 p.m. - 8 a.m.),
- to use the places and facilities as a “good father of the family”,
- to avoid behavior and clothing likely to shock other residents: we respect the culture and freedom of worship of everyone within the hotel, as long as it does not interfere with the freedom of other residents,
- to avoid any lucrative activity or any employment of people paid by the resident, prohibited within the hotel.
It is prohibited to consume alcohol in public areas. EVJG / EVJF are not possible within the hotel.

Children
All children aged 3 and over are considered adults for the Vent des Dunes hotel in terms of room reservations. We can offer you equipment (baby bed, playpen,
stroller, bathtub) for babies depending on availability. If possible, please reserve them before your stay.

Tourist Taxes
The tourist tax in force in Essaouira must be paid by our client at the time of departure. The amount of this tax is 22 Dhs per night per person but this amount is subject to change according to Moroccan regulations.
Bank card and cash
All payments are made at the hotel reception by credit card, cash or transfer (exclusively with a Moroccan account, minimum 5 days before departure). No payment is made via our online site or on Booking but a deposit can be either taken or transferred before the dates of your stay.
For CB payments with a foreign card, an added value of +3% is applied.
For BOOKING.COM customers, payment may be made by direct debit within 14 days before your arrival, in accordance with the cancellation and prepayment conditions on Booking.

Overpayments
Les soins du spa et les extras (boissons & repas) sont également à régler à la réception de l'hôtel, exclusivement en espèces. Les transferts sont à régler également à la réception de l'hôtel, en espèces ou par CB. Pour les activités extérieures à l’hôtel, le règlement se fait directement auprès de nos

exchange rate
The exchange rate between currency and dirhams may vary and is calculated based on the exchange rate of the day. In the case of a cash payment in euros, the exchange rate is 1€=10 Dhs.

From 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., access to the hotel is via the gate key you have on your key ring. In addition, a watchman will be present all night.
INTERRUPTION OF STAY
In the event of an interruption of the stay, the entire stay is payable and no refund will be made.

Meals
Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. on the large terrace. If you have to leave before 8:30 a.m., a snack can be served to you upon request made the day before.
Lunch and dinner are also served on the 2nd floor terrace. Lunch service is from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and dinner service from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
We do not provide room service.

Rooftop on the 2nd floor
The rooftopis accessible from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. We rely on everyone's good manners to respect the tranquility of other residents and neighbors of the hotel (consumption of alcohol prohibited).
Parking
Parking in front of the hotel is available to our customers. In order to guarantee a place for everyone, we thank you for parking your vehicle correctly. We advise our residents to lock their vehicles and not leave anything inside, as the hotel cannot be held responsible in the event of damage or theft from your vehicle.

Dyed LINEN
Henna-dyed hotel sheets or towels will be charged to the resident, according to a rate displayed at reception.
Spa
The relaxation area on the ground floor of the hotel is only accessible by reservation from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., even to access the hammam and/or sauna. These services will be charged in addition to your room reservation.
Pool
Wearing a swimsuit is necessary to access the swimming pool, the use of the latter in any other outfit is prohibited. In addition, the use of bath towels from your room is prohibited for the swimming pool (or the beach). We provide you with beach towels upon request at reception.
We ask parents to remain vigilant with their children around the swimming pool, as it is not supervised and therefore accessible to children only under the strict responsibility of their parents. They must be accompanied at all times by their parents.
In order to preserve the calm and serenity of all, access to the swimming pool is possible from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Guests
Visits from people outside the hotel are only permitted in exceptional circumstances with the agreement of the hotel management. Visitors must indicate their identity at reception.
Pets
Our animal friends are only allowed with the agreement of Management.
